Gas Safety Certificate from £50 only
A Gas Safety Certificate also called CP12 or Gas Safety Check is a legal requirement when letting out a property. Gas Safety Certificate must be produced by a Gas Safe registered Engineer. The safety check provides information on the make, model and state of all the gas appliances in the property. The installation is also checked visually. The gas meter, pipework, equipotential bonding (earth bonding on gas meter), flues and appliances are fully checked for soundness and safety. All the safety devices are working. The check will identify any defects which require remedial work.
If you are a landlord this is Required By Law before you rent your property
This check is valid for one year and therefore must be done every 12 months from the date of the issue of the certificate.
